●3G三螺桿泵工作原理:

　　3G型三螺桿泵是轉(zhuǎn)子型容積泵，適于輸送各種不含固體顆粒，無腐蝕性油類及類似油的潤滑性液體、輸送液體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫度不超過80℃,超過80℃可用高溫泵3GW型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

???3G型三螺桿具有多種結(jié)構(gòu)，一般小流量泵襯套和泵體合為一個(gè)，可以臥式和立式安裝。進(jìn)油口方向可相隔90°任意安裝，軸封多數(shù)為機(jī)構(gòu)密封。中等流量以上泵，襯套為一個(gè)單獨(dú)的零件固定于泵體內(nèi)，螺桿軸端裝有平衡環(huán)以液力平衡其軸向力。一般結(jié)構(gòu)為臥式。進(jìn)油口方向亦可以相隔90°任意安裝。改變泵體后可制成立式。軸封根據(jù)情況有機(jī)械密封和軟填料密封兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。

●3G三螺桿泵輸送各種油類時(shí)應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng)：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

???1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油類 合適，允許按泵的 高工作壓力使用。2、輸送40mm2/s以下的油類，為保證泵的流量及壽命應(yīng)降壓使用。3、輸送150mm2/s以上的油類，且進(jìn)油管道過長，彎頭過多，泵工作時(shí)如產(chǎn)生噪音或振動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，則應(yīng)考慮更換低一級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速的電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或縮短吸入管道，減少彎頭。

?●3G型三螺桿泵安裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
